Delivery Charge

Delivery charges are subject to your location and will always be quoted upfront — no surprises. Local deliveries may be free of charge. Long-distance and out-of-area bookings will include a travel fee confirmed before you commit.

Service Charge

A service charge covers staffing, operations, and on-site setup for events that require our team to be present. This is always itemised clearly on your quote and invoice — never hidden.

✓ Overtime: £50/hour per staff member beyond agreed hours
